Healthy Ramen!
This is one of my favorite quick go-to's when you just can't get ramen out of your mind. It is an easy and delicious way to improve the dish and create a quick buddah bowl-esque meal.

Instructions
  1. Chop peppers and carrots. Drain water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.
  2. Boil water and add ramen, cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, add pre-packaged seasoning. Serve in bowl and add peppers, carrots chestnuts, bamboo shoots.
  4. Top off with pepper, sprouts, garlic and parsley.
