Pierogi Bake
This Pierogi Bake is great to bringing to a friends and family to receive a great WOW factor with very little prep! Pierogis are a Eastern European dumpling made out of a noodle shell and potato filling, often flavored with cheese and onions. Good side dishes to pair along are sauteed asparagus and carrots.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Saute pieorogis on medium heat for three minutes. Flip over and cook for another three.
  3. Layer pan with rows of pierogis, none on top of each other. layer spinach, marinara sauce, and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle on parsley flakes, green onion and parmesan.
