Lincoln Park and Miller Creek
Urban Land Institute Report

Duluth faces many resilience challenges due to its climate, population, and topography. Ecolibrium3 served as a regional leader in disaster recovery after the June 2012 floods and has continued to push our community toward greater resilience. This leadership included sponsoring and coordinating a national resilience Advisory Services Panel in Duluth in September of 2015. The panel specifically looked at the challenges due to the 47+ “vertical waterfronts” in Duluth by focusing on Miller Creek and its impact on the Lincoln Park neighborhood.
