Donation and Refunds Policy:
By completing your donation to Ecolibrium3, you agree to the following terms:
- Finality of Gifts: All one-time and recurring donations are voluntary and irrevocable. Ecolibrium3 considers all donations to be nonrefundable. Ecolibrium3 may consider returning donations to the donor, but only in limited circumstances. If you have made an error with your donation or changed your mind about contributing to our organization, please contact us at finance@ecolibrium3.org. Depending on the circumstances, Ecolibrium3 will consider your request if it is made within thirty (30) days of the original donation. Ecolibrium3 may ask for proof of identity before issuing a refund, and all refunds are returned using the original method of payment. You are responsible for all tax considerations that may arise if your donation is refunded.
- Recurring Donations: By selecting the recurring option, you authorize Ecolibrium3 to charge your designated payment method monthly. Charges occur automatically on the same calendar day each month.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel or change your monthly donation at any time. To stop the next scheduled charge, updates must be made at least five (5) business days before your billing date by emailing finance@ecolibrium3.org.
- Payment Processing & Security: Transactions are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. Ecolibrium3 does not store or have access to your full credit card information. Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
- Fund Allocation: Contributions to specific campaigns are applied to those projects. If a campaign becomes fully funded or cannot be completed, Ecolibrium3 will redirect funds to our general mission.
- Tax Documentation: Ecolibrium3 is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. You will receive an immediate email receipt for each transaction. No goods or services are provided in exchange for these contributions.
Intellectual Property Rights:
- Ownership of Materials: All content, features, and functionality on this website—including but not limited to our organization’s name, logos, text, graphics, educational resources, training materials, audio, video, and software—are the exclusive property of Ecolibrium3 and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Permitted and Prohibited Uses: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download our public educational resources solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. Any unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of our materials without prior written consent from Ecolibrium3 is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions, along with any disputes or claims arising out of or related to your use of this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
- Venue for Disputes: Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or this website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Minnesota. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
