Eco3 Earth Week 2022 was a great success! Thank you to everyone that participated in Earth Week activities, took action for our climate, joined our webinars, made wildflower seed bombs with us, and more!
Looking at the numbers, over 200 people participated in Earth Week Activities, 17 actions were reported on social media, 16 letters were written to city leaders, 9 actions were reported on our website, 10 sponsor organizations got involved, and around $6,250 were raised to support climate action leadership development in Duluth. Thank you so much again to everyone who participated in Eco3’s Earth Week, your commitment to making a difference in our community continues to inspire us in our work.
We’d also like to thank our Earth Week partners and sponsors: Maurices, Ursa Minor Brewing, WM, City of Duluth Parks, Hungry Hippie Tacos, Duluth Whole Foods Co-Op, WLSSD, Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy, NEAC, Zero Waste Nature School, and all of the Lincoln Park businesses who contributed snacks, beverages, and goodies for the Spring Clean Up volunteers. You are all appreciated more than you can imagine.
