Ecolibrium3 is so excited to welcome our newest staff member, Mary Junnila! Former Executive Director at Lighthouse Center for Vital Living, Mary will be taking on the role of Director of Human Resources and Special Projects. In this role, Mary will focus on leadership development, strategic planning, and close collaboration with Eco3’s age-friendly initiatives.
Mary received a BA in Economics from Carleton College and a master’s in public policy with a focus on human services from Harvard University. She has gained many years of experience as a project manager, grant writer, and fundraiser. Now, she is excited to apply her depth of knowledge gained from working with non-profits to further Ecolibrium3’s mission of equity and sustainability. She is really excited to be part of Eco3’s emerging efforts in developing age-friendly solutions and resources for Duluth.
Mary is originally from Grand Rapids, MN, and spends her free time with her two kids, husband, and dogs. In the winter, you’ll find Mary cross-country and downhill skiing, and in the summer she’ll be out enjoying the outdoors any way she can! Welcome, Mary!
