Happy holidays from Eco3 and LNPK Grocery! Every year, the Lincoln Park businesses decorate storefronts to celebrate the holidays. We wanted to make LNPK Grocery visible and communicate to folks that we are going to supply fresh fruits and vegetables, so our staff member, Kelly, painted a festive, fruity mural.
One of the goals of LNPK Grocery is to improve food access in the Lincoln Park community, especially fresh produce. Kelly said the first thing she thought of when putting together this mural was fruit, but she wanted to give it a Northern Minnesota flair, so she added a winter storm and snow. It isn’t winter in Minnesota without lots of snow!
