Upcycling LNPK Grocery’s In-Store Signage

As Construction nears an end at LNPK Grocery, we have been working on the in-store signage and branding. This has included shelftoppers, price tags, display signs, and other elements that customers interact with. We are making sure that our signage will be accessible to our customers and communicate our mission effectively.

Last year, we were able to rescue some shelving from a JOANN Fabrics & Crafts store that closed. With these shelves, we received around ten shelf toppers that will be used to highlight the store or what is on the shelves. The current frontrunner design is a series of three toppers containing the words fresh, accessible, and healthy. These words embody our mission as a grocery store: providing the community with fresh and healthy options at an accessible location.

Accessibility has also been in mind as we design the price tags and sale labels. We are designing tags that will be readable, easy to manage for staff, and tie into our branding for a cohesive look in the store.

The development of materials will be wrapping up shortly and added to the shelves, which will be assembled once construction is complete.
