The Walking Wellness Uplift class recently wrapped up an intergenerational collaboration. We teamed up with high school students, recent graduates, and college students who were interested in connecting with elders and learning more about different approaches to wellness in intergenerational settings.
As a result of a new federal law, residential tax credits for energy efficiency improvements are ending soon. Now is the time to make your energy upgrades. There are currently credits in place for EVs, electric panels, heat pumps, and more.
As summer begins, wildfires have been on the rise in our region, causing moderate to extreme air quality alerts. The Eco3 Energy Team wanted to remind our community of the importance of air quality safety.

Eco3 is taking the next step in leading our community toward a more bike-friendly community, by example. We’re happy to share that the League of American Bicyclists recently awarded us a Silver designation as a Bike-Friendly Business.
As we have wrapped up another winter season of home energy assessments for people across our community, we wanted to give a shout-out to our staff member completing all of those assessments, Tristen! Tristen has been our Community Energy Specialist since 2017.
We have recently expanded our wellness programming to include Walking Wellness Uplift, an elder-centered, holistic health experience. Every Thursday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., elders gather at the Lincoln Park Community Center.
On April 25, both of Ecolibrium3’s AmeriCorps programs were terminated by the federal government. You can help by contributing to our AmeriCorps Emergency Response Fund.
