
Solving a Thorny Problem
This fall, with the help of volunteers, the Ecolibrium3 Urban Farm team took steps to address the thorny problem of invasive buckthorn on the farm. Common Buckthorn and Glossy Buckthorn are two plants not native to Northern Minnesota that have traits that allow them to take over ecosystems if left unchecked.

Wrapping Up a Successful E-Bike Season
We have been partnering with BikeMN through the E-bike Commuter Assistance Program to host a fleet of e-bikes. It has been a great opportunity for staff to increase ridership and learn more about transportation options for newer riders.

Whole Food Cooking with Local Teens
In July and August, we conducted another Whole Food, Whole You Community Culinary Series. This time around, the class was tailored to teens and their caregivers.
