LNPK Grocery Construction Update
Final construction at LNPK Grocery is underway! We currently have contractors on-site, working to advance our project. There are a number of things that will be done in the building during this last phase.

LNPK Grocery Progress Update
At the future grocery store site, otherwise known as the old Eco3 office at 2014 W Superior St, we replaced the leaking roof, tore out the old water-stained ceiling, and removed the non-functioning HVAC system.

Why Now Is the Perfect Time to Serve in the Energy Training Corps
The goals of the program are to train members to conduct home energy assessments, perform home energy improvements, and complete the much-needed work to improve the efficiency of Duluth’s aging housing stock. Now is the time to join the Energy Training Corps, as energy jobs in Minnesota are booming.

Ending the 2025 Season at the Eco3 Urban Farm
Fall marks the end of another great season at the Eco3 Urban Farm. As the team works to clear fields, compost the last remnants of produce in the ground, and tend to tools before frost settles in and snow follows, we can now appreciate everything the farm crew accomplished this summer.

Solving a Thorny Problem
This fall, with the help of volunteers, the Ecolibrium3 Urban Farm team took steps to address the thorny problem of invasive buckthorn on the farm. Common Buckthorn and Glossy Buckthorn are two plants not native to Northern Minnesota that have traits that allow them to take over ecosystems if left unchecked.

Wrapping Up a Successful E-Bike Season
We have been partnering with BikeMN through the E-bike Commuter Assistance Program to host a fleet of e-bikes. It has been a great opportunity for staff to increase ridership and learn more about transportation options for newer riders.
