The City of Duluth Americans with Disabilities Act Transition Plan for Public Right of Way is a document detailing Duluth’s self-evaluation of its current transportation infrastructure policies, practices, and programs. The goal of the self-evaluation is to verify that, in implementing Duluth’s policies and practices, the department is providing facilities that are accessible to all individuals.
Some highlights of this plan include: self-evaluation results; schedule and funding information; and public outreach plans. This document will continue to be updated as conditions with the City and DTA service area evolve.
