Food and agriculture accounts for an estimated 12% of Duluth’s greenhouse gas emissions and more than half of most people’s individual emissions.

According to local and international experts the most impactful thing we can do is help our community develop a local and ecologically sound food system infrastructure that enables and encourages us to grow, process, and distribute the food our community residents and businesses need.
